Everyone I've dealt with has been helpful and gave me great customer service. They've done diagnostic work on my computer a couple of times--once my power supply was shot and they got an old laptop going again so I could wring a few more months of service out of it. I've also had them do a basic checkup. They even came to our house and diagnosed why our computer couldn't connect to the internet even with wireless. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

We just went through a computer conversion and had to have a server built for us, at our business. We had this done by The Computer Guy. They gave us top notch service. VERY professional, understanding, honest and educational. I would highly recommend The Computer Guy! THANK YOU so much Chuck!

I run a home business and have little time to shop. Sometimes, in the case of computer supplies I just don't have the knowledge to chose the correct part. I enjoy having the benefit of contacting a local computer company to assist me when I am having problems with computer type devices. I am not the most computer literate guy in town and I hate hate hate having to try to effectively communicate with Habib in God only knows country. I have used Chuck at Computer guy at least twice in the last 6 months or so. He offers reasonable and understandable solutions to whatever problem I may have created for myself. Of course I still blame the devices. The prices are fair considering I have a need for an expert to assist me and again, it is soooooo much better than trying to talk with someone in a foreign country. Sarah, David, and Shannon have also provided me assistance either through face to face contact or through remote access to my computer. I don't like spending money but I believe in what the Bible says when it says, "A workman is worthy of his hire." I appreciate their accessibility, expertise, and willingness to assist.

Took in a Macbook pro to be upgraded. There were some complications, but the techs did not give up. I now have a faster, stronger, better than before laptop.
