Friendly, knowledgeable staff who don't try to bamboozle their customer base with a lot of technical jargon who's primary purpose is to discombobulate any technical neophytes into taking on unnecessary 'protection plans' and hardware upgrades for features that will, in all likelihood, never be utilized. (I'm looking at you, Best Buy & Staples!#@%^)
If you'll allow me a moment to rant...
I would like to think that Sandpoint Computers sets out to deliver the kind of service that Best Buy or Staples probably intended to provide when they gave birth to the concept of the Geeksquad or Easy Tech.
Unfortunately, no one got the memo that trying to supply a pragmatic and personalized tech support experience when you're a corporate behemoth - who's success has been predicated solely on selling more tech to the same customer base this quarter than you did the previous quarter - is like expecting McDonald's to start cranking out home cooked meals; just like Mom made. Yes, it sounds great in theory... until you have the inevitable epiphany that the ethos of a big box fortune 500 company is diametrically opposed to the service that they're trying so desperately to bring to market. The end result is generally an example of corporate evil incarnate at it's worst, and at it's best, a comical display of an oxymoron drizzled in irony.
Now that my rant on Main St vs Wall St has come to a close, I'd like to add that the owner of this company is easily accessible to customer's, and is firmly entrenched in the day to day operations of the business, which is a major plus from any customer's standpoint -- although, it is the heavily biased opinion of this reviewer, that it would be fiscally prudent and ethically sound for the owner of said company to take a chance at delegating responsibilities to competent third parties presently in need of employ.

Paid to network 2 computers and 3 printers on business trailer. Several hundreds of $$ later, I had to rebuild both computers on my own. Gave them 2 more chances and they never followed up.
