They know more than the people that think running a small business is easy. You take care of the customer in the shop before you take the call on the phone. The people that think the phone is the answer for a Mom and Pop store are from California and can go back there if they don't appreciate this couple of knowledge. Ive been doing business there since my son went to college about 8 years ago. He turned me on to them and they are very fair with their prices and all the labor behind the scenes. Smart family in a huge town. These people that don't appreciate being the business owner can find a new state to move to. Thank you NextGen for working on all my computer issues over the years!

Have lived here my whole life and have never found or seen a computer store that does stuff like they do. Service, performance and people are fantastic. Will shop here from now till my time is up.

Had a complete meltdown of my computer and after many hours of struggling to fix it, I caved and took it in to NexGen. Computer was diagnosed within a day and fixed after another, now running and looking better than ever. The inside was rearranged to perfection, each part was put through tests and the cost of it all was very modest. By far the best experience I've ever had with any repair / technical service. While I don't have any experience with having a computer built from scratch by them, I can only imagine how brilliant the set up would be, considering how well-arranged my "old" computer is. Don't hesitate!
