I went with a group of ladies from my church and they all seem to enjoy our visit to the museum. It is inexpensive. Everyone seem to find our tour to be very informative and interesting. There were artifacts and many replicas of things from the Bible. It was great to visualize some things I had only read about in the Bible. It is in a great location on the Square in Collierville and allows 4 a pleasant afternoon at the Museum and then next door or down the street for lunch! On Tuesday evenings at 6:30 they host a very good bible study, all are welcome.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit! They have some very interesting ancient artifacts, their own working replica of the Gutenberg printing press, and a room of manuscripts and facsimiles going from ancient times until the 21st century. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. If you live in the area or are visiting, you've got to go check out this museum! Oh, and did I mention that the family price was only $15! Seriously, go visit this museum.

This museum is wonderful! The day I visited the main gallery was scheduled for a private event and would be closed to the public. Visiting this museum was on my list of things to do on our family trip to Memphis, Collierville is not far away. Seeing the disappointment on my face, the young man who greeted us,(James) went and spoke to the director. The director came out and welcomed my family and then James gave us a very detailed private tour of the whole museum! The museum is not large but is an experience that I wouldn't trade for anything!

Start a new Christmas tradition and visit "Away In 100 Mangers" at the Bible Museum On The Square! Live music, hot choclate, and an awesome experience!
