Clear, well marked paths. Beautiful scenery. Just make sure you wear boots and not sneakers, water pools in some of the paths and it gets a little muddy.

I absolutely love this place! What a jewel in the heart of South Jersey. I'm a mountain biker and as long as you stick to the right trails, you can easily put together a nice two hour ride. The REI trail is a blast. As for hiking and trail running, again, a great place to do it.

Great place for a walk, run, or bike ride in the woods. There are many hiking trails so you don't always have to travel the same one. There is a port-a-potty but no building.
