This is a great and growing place to hike, bike, and fish. However, it will take a long time to develop into a true multipurpose park. The biking trails could be developed with more obstacles and markings, there is obvious dumped construction debris that remains to be removed, and the eroded cliffs from the former sand quarry must be engineered for safety and usability (one area so far has been magnificently engineered as a sledding hill). The township and hard-working citizen groups are putting much time and effort into this project and it is making steady progress. Update: the hard-working volunteers have added stairs to many eroded slopes and have improved some trails. Keep up the good work!

Nice place to take a walk thru. It has a little beach but not for swimming or anything. Very peaceful and pleasant.

A great place for hiking and walking your dog. It has abundance of hiking trails for beginners and a beautiful lake with plenty of waterfowl.
