pet friendly, our salesman from the boat show greeted us and made sure we were taken care of picking up our boat. The tech was helpful and reviewed everything we needed. Overall, a positive experience.

watch out for this place people. they are very high presure, and if you do make a good deal with them as I did, they tried to charge my 5000 dollars more after a signed aggrement was made, than we had to sue them to get our deposit back from them. they are real dirtbags, I would say find a better dealer, witch would be any dealer

This facility doesn't deserve a star, but I have to put 1 or I can't post this!! I will NEVER buy from Boat N RV in Hamburg PA again. We went to the Hershey RV show in 2014 and fell in love with the camper we currently have so we went through the process of purchasing it. After a some dollar issues with Boat N RV (they tried to make us pay a different price then they told us) we signed the paperwork and away we went. Now since they sold so many units at the RV show ours had to be built from the frame up and we stressed to them we want the same layout and look as we seen at the RV show. They stated it would be the exact same thing. As we waited for delivery of the camper from the factory to Boat N RV we delivered the used (trade in) to Boat N RV and when we arrived they knocked 1/2 off the price they said they were going to give us for it. I don't recall exactly how long it was supposed to take for the factory to build and delivery the new camper, but I do know it was weeks after because I remember calling the factory in Indiana to get an update and they stated it was delivered a week or so ago (remember this was 2014/2015). So I called Boat N RV numerous times and they kept telling me it hasn't been delivered yet again numerous times. Then finally a few days later they called and stated the camper was there. When we went to pick up the camper at Boat N RV it was missing some of the things that were in the unit at the RV show (we had pictures). We pointed this out to them as for they stated it would be the exact same. So they agreed to install the things we were missing and that they would need the camper another week or so. So we leave Boat N RV without our camper. After about a week we go back to Boat N RV to pick up our camper that has since been completed. Upon our arrival the boarder on the wall in the kitchen was wrong and not complete and they still didn't install the coat hooks on the coat rack. After going back and forth with the folks at Boat N RV we were disgusted and took the camper and left. Also needless to say they had to replace the toilet which is a whole other story. Most recently we were having issues with our shower door not staying shut during travel, so we attempted to correct the issue before the shower door got damaged/broke. While attempting the fix the issue we ended up shattering the glass in the shower door. After about 3 1/2 years of dealing with Boat N RV we tried again - BIG MISTAKE!! We called them Thursday 5-24-18 and told them the story the lady we spoke with stated she would get back to us within a day or 2. While on our way for a camping trip the lady from called us back Friday 5-25-18 and stated we couldn't get "just" the door we had to get the whole shower unit and that we could only get it in oil rubbed bronze instead of the silver we currently had. We informed her to get us the price of having it shipped to our address instead of having it shipped to Boat N RV then we would have to travel the 1hr 1/2 to pick it up. The lady stated she would check on the freight cost and get back to us. Well she called today Wednesday 5-30-18 (5 days later) and stated we can't get the shower unit any longer and that we would have to go to a local dealer and have one special ordered. 5 DAYS AGO IT WAS JUST UNDER $500.00 AND WE WERE WAITING ON THE FREIGHT COST - AND NOW TODAY POOF THEY ARE NO MORE!!!! So I call Boat N RV and ask to talk to the manager whom oversees the whole operation and the lady I spoke with stated he isn't at that store, I asked how do I contact him and she said "I don't know". I informed her she was as useless as everyone else at Boat N RV of Hamburg and she thanked me!! NEVER NEVER NEVER WILL I SPEND A DIME AT THIS USELESS FACILITY!!!! I WILL TAKE MY MONEY ELSEWHERE EVEN IF I HAVE TO SPEND HUNDREDS OR THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!!!!

Don't buy from Boat-N-RV! I purchased a 2017 Coachmen that turned out to be defective. After close to 3 months in the shop, and a private inspector taking a look at the damage.. they are not fixing all that has been damaged. Coachmen/Forrest Rivers is no help either. Brand new camper out of service for now going on 3 months, no compensation for my loss, no responses as to where this stands, and no care about what the customer is experiencing. Stay clear of Boat-N-RV.

I recently purchased a new travel trailer and had a great experience with the company. The salesman I deal with, was and still is extremely helpful with anything I need. I went to pick the camper up and everyone was very friendly and helpful. The service tech that walked me through the demo answered all the questions I had and went through all the details of the camper. There were a few small issues that we discovered while walking through, but the tech addressed them all immediately before we pulled out. Overall it was a great experience and I would do it again if I were to buy another camper.
