They had my boat for 4 weeks in June and essentially did nothing to it. I was promised that the boat would be worked on over the phone when I called. However on every follow-up call and follow-up visit, I was told how busy they were and that they were still going to work on it. My time was wasted during prime boating season with false promises and I was charged close to $200 for them to do two things on the trailer that I could have done in less time. I should have taken the boat elsewhere initially. My recommendation is to get an ACCURATE time table from them and keep following up to ensure the work gets done. Or, take your business somewhere else to ensure you get what you pay for. The way I was treated is unacceptable.
