Bob Evans

Ordered online for pick-up. They told me to pick it up at 3:30. I showed up at 3:25, and my food is already ready. I opened the box at home, and my burger is not even what I ordered - I ordered a three cheese burger and they gave me a bacon cheeseburger. The burger was accompanied by 14-15 soggy, old French fries. I sampled one. It was cold (I live four minutes away from this particular Bob Evans, so it wasn’t anything that happened during the car ride home.). My burger was also saturated and falling apart. Dilapidated, old lettuce soaked into a wet bun. Lost my appetite after the first bite.

Nice atmosphere.. Clean and well kept.. Waitres and hostess were very friendly and the food was great as it always is

The staff was very polite and attentive. The food not so good. Ordered the cod dinner and a large piece of fish came to table that was heavily breaded and very greasy. It also was still half frozen. Cannot believe they would even serve something like this. Asked for another type of fish and it came after my husband had eaten his entire meal. Will not be returning.

Your typical Bob Evans. Everything was clean and the staff was great. The assistant manager was even helping bus tables to help out his staff. It was great to see.

Beside the old ladies attitude, this place is awesome. Great and tasty food !.
