Great service. Great food. Lobster tail was undercooked but they re did. Your better then average typical chain. Nice atmosphere

The food is great, fresh, and tasty . And it looks yummy. The service is fantastic.would definitely come again. The atmosphere is pleasant. I thoroughly enjoyed the food yum yum yum and yum again

It was the first time we have ever walked out of a restaurant... When my girlfriend and I arrived Tuesday night, we were told it would be a 20 minute wait. No problem, so we waited at the bar. After about 25 minutes we noticed several tables open, and at the 40 minute mark, we finally complained about not being seated yet, even the bartender was wondering what was up and he even went to check for us. Two gentlemen that had walked in after us had already been seated. We were seated five minutes later, only to have nobody come over to us for another five minutes... No one to give us water, no one to give us a menu, not even someone to introduce themselves as our server... At this point we were so frustrated and hungry, we decided just to get up and leave. Just a complete lack of competence all the way around... one star for the nice bartender, Chris.

I frequent often for the endless bubbles brunch on Sundays. I've been coming for a few years now. As this is one of the only Bonefish Grills nearby, it's relatively busy. I've tried not to get too accustomed to the staff as there's high turnover from my observation. When busy, service definitely slows down. Especially at the bar. Whenever there's a problem, management handles promptly. I return frequently for a reason. I definitely believe the good outweighs the bad.

Location is amazing. Retail strip mall with top name brand retail stores, ample and excellent parking. Down the street from Major Mall ! Cleanliness = 5 stars Accessible (ADA) 5 stars Greeter 5 stars Wait Staff 5 stars Food Amazing Bang, bang shrimp, Ahi Tuna Sashimi and Crab Cake appetizer 15 Stars. The manager even stopped by to greet us that's worth 5 Stars.Service was timely and she did it with a smile. Recommended zero alcoholic beverages and entrees.
