Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

It could be a great place . First the black young gentleman behind the counter was the most hatred , racist kid they could possibly hire. He completely messed up the order. He would not even speak to my brother and I . When we ordered he acted like we did not exist. Thus causing us to get the wrong food. When I had to ask for the correct food I ordered . He said you are lucky we served you at all. I had to stand and wait ten minutes for the cook to actually cook mild chicken strips for my order .then wait another 4 minutes for fries . The entire time hearing this 20 year boy mouthing off stupid remarks to me. He even said " go sit down no one wants you up here" . The lady,a new hire was amazed. Being black herself and seeing the hostel words being openly tossed out . She tried to quietly apologize . Even the manager ( she was tight there) did nothing. I recommend the upper management come in and do a clean sweep. Start over ... Food takes hours to get . Poor quality and a hateful environment.

The best Popeyes! I used to live in the area, this place has been consistently good since day one. Now we drive all the way to this specific location, keep the good work!

This possibly was one of the cleanest Popeyes I've ever seen. Dining room was spotless and clean and very inviting. Food was served in proper temperature and employees were friendly. Only issue was in the bathroom men's that is floor was extremely slippery and when I brought it to their attention they said they knew about it that it was the AC. I could not use the restroom for fear of falling it was extremely slippery. They should have blocked it off nor did they block it off after I told them about it.

My post is a five because I love the chicken. I service was Bad. I ask if they had the $5.00 box and the Manager had a smart rude reply. The one on Sheridan is always a hit or miss.
