Cayo Esquivel Seafood Hialeah

Have been coming here for years.... this last time was unsatisfactory. The calamari was very gummy and flavorless (no dipping sauce either), the rice w/squid was inedible, and my son's fish sticks smelled and tasted rancid. We were floored by terrible tasting food. This was always one of my husbands favorite little places to go. *never mine, I'm not big w/seafood. However, this review is on his behalf (I didn't want to write anything). Will not be returning. *it's a 25 mile drive for us

Fresh wholesome seafood. I typically get the grilled seafood platter. It is HUGE and has a lot of different things included.

I personally order takeout every few weeks and I'm never disappointed. Good food and friendly service.

I’ve been to this place twice. I order the whole red snapper, It was a pretty good size. I really like the flavor. But, the service is very poor. I will not go back to this place.

Authenticity is key amd they hit the nail on the head. Delicious food with great service.
