Hooks Fish & Chicken

The food was alright but in all honesty I've had consistantly better meals at Long John Silver's for comparison. Unfortunately, my service was terrible. After recieving my food I came back to the counter and waited for a few minutes until the cashier finally acknowledged me. I asked for a fork and knife and the cashier shook her head no. When I asked why not she said they don't have plastic knives. Ok? Considering they gave me a to-go box even though I said dining in I expect a fork with my food at the least. Why did this have to be a complicated interaction? The in-door dining had cramped and uncomfortable seating and the bathrooms were locked for some reason. I definitely got the hint this is primarily a local drive-thru place. If you're in a hurry for some fried fish to-go this isn't a bad place just don't have any expectations.

A part from the cut they put in their meals where they dont give you much fries this place has awesome food and great customer service

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. My whole party of 5 agree the food was under done over spiced and barely warm.

When you want good fried fried food that's real, clams and mushrooms and corn nuggets, Hooks has it. Not fast but fresh and hot and salted. Hooks is good.

What I’ve come to expect from Chicken shacks. Food was hot and fresh. The fries had a nice seasoning to it. Took a little bit of time for the food, but not too long
