Tiffany, a receptionist, is outstanding and professional. She is personable and makes the experience feel like "coming home" each visit here. She is a gem. The hotel is small and quiet. It is peaceful, clean and comfortable. Its location is perfect for area attractions and nearby restaurants.

I was impressed by their cleanliness and friendly staff. The room was well maintained and my bed was comfy too.

The front desk people were VERY helpful - both the evening person and esp. early morning checkout. I had to be at the hospital by 7:30 a.m.. The evening gal printed me out directions to get there. The breakfast room was not officially open until 7:30, but the hospital was 30 min. away. The kind gentleman offered me early coffee to go and also a Danish. How very kind! Accolades to him. I found the hotel to be spotless and very homey with a fire going in the reception area along with a decorated Xmas tree. I felt like I was a guest in someone's home.
