Great experience building with Brighton Homes! I have always been told that building a new home puts a lot of stress on a marriage but this was not my experience. Brighton made the experience so easy and enjoyable. I always felt that Brighton was looking out for my best interest on things. When designing my home, we wanted to make some changes to our masterbath to add a linen closet. Brighton provided us with some design options and it turned out perfect in the build. Then in all this design, they recommended that we had room and we might be interested in adding a double shower -- awesome suggestion and a great feature of our home that we love. We wanted to build a side path that went to our backyard but due to the elevation, what we wanted would not work. But again, Brighton came to us with options and it turned out better than we had imagined. This happened so many times during the build. As with any build, not every detail was perfect but when we found things, Brighton worked with us to make it right. It was such a great experience! I would build with them again.

We had an amazing experience with Brighton. They were one of the only builders who would give me freedom to pick out my own lighting and my own tile, and they were even willing to help me make some changes to the floor plan. Tom was an amazing agent, and their sales team were the best to work with. Would highly recommend the building experience with Brighton!

As with every new construction there are problems along the way, but ultimately all the major ones got resolved. Love that they are willing to modify their plans to make them work for you. They were also willing run let me install all my low voltage wiring throughout the house and put my closet organizers in while it was being built. Very energy efficient too.

We had a really great experience throughout our build. Marty Everett was great to work with and was very informative on the process and progress of our home. Marty answered all of questions and concerns and didn't try to push us in to anything we didn't feel comfortable with. We are very satisfied with our house and with Brighton Homes.

Start to Finish my experience with Brighton Homes was a great. I would consider having them build me another. I have worked with other builders on new construction and this Company does much better work and has a better product than the others. Good value for the money
