Symphony Homes

I am very disappointed in the way Symphony homes has responded to my issues with my new home now 1 year old and has fallen on deaf ears and ignored e-mails. They are no different than any other less than mediocre home builder. They make big promises when signing you up on building a new home with them and then to only let you down with inexperienced and shotty workmanship. They show a model home that seems to be almost flawless and I thought my home would have the same or equal craftsmanship. After Moving in, issues were addressed and we never got any good or straight answers from Symphony. I really thought that Symphony was going build us a great House. I am now looking to spend more money and schedule contractors to come to my house and repair items that should have been fixed under their 1 year warranty.

We've been in our Symphony built home for over a year and I thought I would take a minute to give a review. We've dealt with many builders in Salt Lake and I'm very happy with Symphony Homes from beginning to end. The home building process can be difficult and time consuming. While those things don't go away with any builder, at least with Symphony they can execute the plan and they build a great home which makes all the time and effort worth it. Even a year later, they have honored any warranty item (very minor stuff) without questions or push back. Thank you Symphony Homes for being one of the best.

Symphony Homes have consistently produced a great home for many years. We are happy to have their homes apart of our inventory and would show them to prospective Buyer's.
