As we were then living out-of-state, we had to engage a realtor we could trust and who could handle the myriad details in getting out homes ready to sell and then handling the showings and sales. Babs came through with flying colors! Not only did she sell both our homes (one in one day and the other after less than two weeks on the market), she kept in constant contact with us via phone and email, made all the arrangements for staging and getting the houses ready to sell, closely worked with prospective buyers and their representatives, quickly handled all the paperwork, and facilitated our working with the title company in closing the sales. She handled everything in a highly professional and timely manner. We could not be happier with the superior level of service Babs and her team provided to us, and we unreservedly recommend her if you are buying or selling in the Salt Lake area.

Babs Delay delivered energetic personal service with attention to detail, and bonus good humor, for years as we worked timing the sale of our Ensign Peak neighborhood house. The hour to sell struck this year. She offered advice based on best sales experience, sometimes whether I wanted to hear it or not, but always made it clear she'd work the problem the way I ultimately chose. She overcame some last minute neighborhood surprises potentially limiting viewers, obtained multiple good offers, guided us successfully through post-offer negotiations, and closed what I think was a win-win for the buyer and us, sales price solidly in the range I had hoped! It would be great if everybody could have Babs in their corner.

We recently sold our starter home and purchased our dream home with the help Michele Haley of Urban Utah Homes and & Estates. I couldn't be more pleased. What I thought would be a daunting and stressful time was seamless, well organized and easy. Michele held an amazing open house and had our home under contract to sell within hours, she walked us through, and was personally present, every step of the process as the seller even negotiating the transaction to work seamlessly so we wouldn't have to move before our new house was ready. She also helped us with everything as a buyer including identifying the best mortgage, home inspectors, home warranty companies, and the like. Again, she was personally present for every aspect, including the many, many inspections we commissioned. I highly recommend Michele Haley and Urban Utah Homes and Estates.

I'm not new to home buying (over 10 purchased & sold). Babs De Lay of Urban Utah Homes provided the MOST frustrating, no responsive, & unprofessional experience. She was unresponsive to requests for info & documentation. Information was withheld. She wouldn't even bother to provide keys and garage door openers at time of closing. She couldn't be bothered. FYI, she's the Broker here, steer clear of this company.

After deciding to sell my home I had no idea who to use as a realtor. A friend had recently sold her place and highly recommended, Leslye Stratton. Initially I had spoken with another agent who my mom had just used. After seeing how he had dealt with her, I knew I needed to speak with Leslye. Let me just say, I wasn’t expecting much. I have worked in sales & am quite familiar with shady practices. But from the moment I met Leslye, I really felt at ease. Her knowledge & skill was readily apparent.
