I love going to this place. The beach on Bishop Lake is very nice. They have lots of tables and the park grills. My niece and nephew loved Jump Island. The $25 pass for 3 45 minute sessions was actually a great value. We will definitely be visiting again.

Easy access and nice facility. The floating water park is cool and a nice attraction for teenagers and safe! With lifeguards etc. Not impressed with the cleanliness of the water but I also live on lake Huron. Which tends to be pretty clean. would like to see a beach concessions like Hadley Metamora state park.

Easy access, clean water, 2 great trails to hike. The yellow trail is under 2 miles, Blue trail is 6ish and both give you good elevation changes. Cabin accommodations for family, and tent sites are available. Two lakes, one for splashing around and 1 I believe is for boats. Has a boat ramp, just never used it. Good place for a weekend get away.

Excellent local state park. Huge sites. May will be buggy, so bring sprays. Perfect for last minute camping trips & tent friendly!!

We so far have only been here in the winter so it has always been very quiet, but it is a nice place to go for a walk. There is a paved path that follows the lake part-way then turns to gravel. We like to come here with the dogs. It is free if you have the recreation passport on your car.
