Bro's Cajun Cuisine

Great food! Definitely glad we stopped in our cross country trip. We tried the stuffed pork chops, gumbo, shrimp creole, rice n beans, jambalaya & etouffe. Everything was tasty. The gumbo had a really nice smoky flavor. The shrimp creole was my favorite. Great flavor. Tasty okra & cucumber salad too.

The food is good. This is not a fancy place. The people are super friendly. This is an old school spot. You go for the food. The portions are ample. When we dined last week the owner said he was expanding to include more take home and market type items. Get some friends and go enjoy some crawfish while it’s mudbug season!

Well I just don't leave bad reviews ...but wow ..we got into nasville at 3:30 and waited for Bro's to open at 4 and thought ..they would be ready to serve food. What the waiter didn't tell us is that the cook wasn't even there! So it was 20 min before he took our order and 57 minutes before we got our food. We had to wait for the owner to get there to cook and fuss at his help lound enough for is to hear and the food was sadly not at all what the reviews say. When I checked out ...and we had only eaten half our food he comped our iced teas for our hour wait and then told us he is just waiting to sell and that it couldn't come soon enough. Wouldn't recommend stopping

We were in town for a birthday party and drove by Bros a couple times, the building isn’t much to look at but the food was phenomenal! Owner was and staff were very nice and informative. We sampled the alligator, catfish, gumbo and boedin sausage, they were all great. Stop by if you get a chance!

Seriously some of the best food in Nashville. I was completely blown away by the options and flavors. Quick service and a hole-in-the-wall vibe.
