Went there today for the first time for lunch. We had soups for our appetizers. The bisque was wonderful and the cup of jambalaya was piled high & smokey with a ton of flavor. I had the baked seafood casserole with fried green tomatoes & really enjoyed both. My friend had the pork & grits & pronounced it about perfect. Being from the gulf coast, she really enjoyed the music & atmosphere. The waitstaff was helpful & the cocktails were also delicious. A woman at the bar was on her third plate of boiled crawfish, so I'm guessing that dish was pretty good, too.

Been twice now. Cajun baked seafood medley is good. Fish and shrimp dinner is divinely breaded. Fried oysters and fried pickles are awesome. 1st time waitress was great, 2nd visit not so much. She walked by 3 or 4 times before even asking if we wanted drinks. But I will return in hopes for a better waitress, because I love seafood. If you love seafood this place is for you.

This place was great.  The food was awesome. The only complaint my husband had was they had no cornbread. He loves cornbread with his gumbo. But he was happy with the gumbo he said it was great.

Just ordered dinner from here about 20 minutes ago. I ordered the grouper fingers, gator bites, and flounder seafood Roulade. The grouper fingers were suppose to be blackened and they were pretty much fish jerky. The gator bites were so salty didn't eat but two of them. They were also overcooked. The stuffed Flounder was undercooked and bland. For such a high price tag the food was absolutely horrible.  Hopefully no one have the experience I just had.

The staff was nice so understand my review is specifically about the food. The 4.5 stars on Google is deceptive.

I've eaten here 3 times while visiting Nashville. I've had 3 different dishes each visit because every dish isn't the same and every restaurant can have a bad moment or day. Food quality is below average and seems like cheap seafood. Taste is only average at best. Portions are too small. Price is too high. If I was paying say 8.00 for the fish and shrimp instead of 14.95 then the quality, portion and price would match my expectations. But to spend 20-25.00 on dinner and leave hungry (portion) or dissatisfied (taste/quality) is disappointing. 
I shared my visit with some friends that live in Brentwood and before I could give my opinion they expressed the same sentiment. 

Might be a good place for drinks but you may want to eat somewhere else.
