Yats

As a licensed realtor in the area, I am always looking for great food places to recommend to my clients. Yats is at the very top of my list!!! Not only is the food absolutely delicious, but you can also tell it was prepped with care with all fresh ingredients (the freshness of ingredients make allllll the difference). My first time going there, I was offered four samples and was able to make a choice of which one I wanted to purchase (I wish every place was like this). Overall, the food was amazing, and I would definitely recommend Yats to people who are looking to try something “New”. Thanks again for your great customer service!

Reasonably priced and tasty. Great place to grab a quick bite dine-in it to go. I highly recommend the Chili cheese etouffee. Also it's definitely worth your time to get a double order of their bread. The bread is my family's and my favorite.

Very personable staff! The gentleman let me try a sample of the menu for free!! Having a sample of the main dishes made it easier for me to make my decision! The Jerk chicken was my favorite! And the bread they serve on the side is delicious! Definitely give this place a try!

Great atmosphere, super friendly staff. Out of this world food. I can't believe I ate the whole thing good. Great prices.

I moved to Franklin from New Orleans and struggled to find the cuisine I loved and just about resigned that if I wanted red beans or étouffée I would just have to make it myself. Thankful, that all changed with Yats opened off Mallory Lane (very close to my office!). The chef is from the West Bank of New Orleans and the food is on point authentic. The space is no frills, served on paper plates and trays, with a large assortment of hot sauces and seasonings to doctor up your order. Pro Tip: Get the half and half so you get to taste two of the day’s special for just a $1 more. Also, spring for the extra bread which is a buttery garlicy delight!
