Excellent meals. We all shared ours meals with our companions. We all liked them ALL! Our server, Drew, the chef/owner's son was very friendly and helpful. Helped us make our choices. Added a bit of humor too. Everything is made from scratch. Fresh ingredients. Bold flavors. Big portions. The creole is spicy so be aware. Not overly spicy for my taste though. Most authentic New Orleans style food in Middle Tennessee.  This quaint little place on the side of the road offers a truly Taste of New Orleans. From the owner to the staff I give you kudos for one of the best meals I've ever had.  Reservations are required but don't let that hold you back from going. It's worth every dime that you pay.

It was ok but it wasn't that great. Although the food and bread was served hot and the staff was great it just wasn't that good of food. Portion size was great but again the flavor was somewhat lacking and a little too much on the greasy side, sorta like it was reheated food. And that's possible since it was a bitterly cold night right after inclement weather. But for the price you'd think they'd accept debit cards over checks, you can even get them to hook to a cellphone. Sorry papa, but i cannot give you anything other than average at best and honestly i would have given you 1 or 2 stars but erred on the side it was the weather.

Tiny, pricey, and way off the beaten path, but worth it. Folks are friendly, the menu is varied, and the food is delicious/plentiful.
