Brooklyn Heights Imaging

I've only been there once but so far, had a good experience! I arrived on time, front desk was friendly when I checked in, 15 minutes later they called me in exactly at my appointment time and my scan commenced without any additional wait. The radiology tech was very nice, seemed like she was thorough and not rushed. So I had a very smooth, efficient experience here. Don't know if it's always like that, especially as I went on a weekday. The entry and waiting area looks pretty crappy, so I was a bit worried, but the exam rooms are clean and decent. They should invest a little in rehabbing the elevator and the waiting room, but other than that, the facility seemed fine. I'm going to try them again for my next scan.

I've been using this imaging center for years and December 2020 was probably my very first mammogram appointment that ran on time. I was also seen earlier than the appointment time and was done in under 10 minutes for the first time ever. Covid seems to have stopped people from booking or maybe stopped overbooking? Who can be sure. They were social distancing and had each patient screened off. This facility is usually very crowded no matter what time of day I book. This was a vast improvement but hopefully it does not mean that people are not keeping up with their annual checkups.

I've been going to this imaging center for well over 5 year. The people there were very professional and nice. I was always great when I came in. Recently I went to get an X-Ray which is walk in only. To my surprise the office moved to a new location. There was no information about the move on line or telephone. Very disappointed. I had to walk 1/2 a mile with a bad knee. The worker at check in were unfriendly. Findi

Also called Lenox Hill. I came on a Saturday, 20mins before my appointment and waited an hour after my appointment time to be seen. The tech was nice, but also unprofessional at times. They only had one dressing room, so they let me change in the x-ray room. The tech helped cover the window in the door which I appreciated. I was able to get my results on a disc almost immediately afterwards. Overall, not a terrible, but not best experience.

Slow to process in waiting area/front desk; at least give the forms for completion to new patients. I waited 30 minutes before any one spoke to me. Appointment making can be improved by letting you know all the information needed to schedule one: I had to call three times to get an appointment and when I got to the facility they still had to call the doctor for the same information. Staff was polite but not friendly. On phone staff were very pleasant and polite. Exam was efficient no waiting involved. They need more space though; the office was very tight.

The experience was extremely quick and efficient. I was a little thrown off when the woman at the front desk asked for my weight. I didn’t get a warm and friendly vibe from office staff, but I’m sure it was a long day. They did their job quickly and efficiently .technician was quickest I’ve ever had.

Just had MRI here and must say it was the best experience ever! The technician Cathy was very accommadating and went all out to alleviate my fears. The receptionist was wonderful as well and expedited all the paperwork in record time. Overall the staff was very patient, professional, and caring. Many thanks to those two ladies who worked so well together to make my time there comfortable.

My appointment was at 2:00 PM. My name was called at 1:59 PM. I didn't have to fill out any docs I'm assuming my doctor sent all of my information over. I spent, at most, 45 minutes in there. It was super fast and the receptionists were fair. They weren't too engaging but manageable. The technician who actually conducted my exam was very nice. Which is why I'm giving the place 5 stars and not 4 since she was the one that I spent most of my time with.

Very easy. All of my information was there and was correct. I only had to complete 2 simple forms and provide my referral, Identification and insurance card. The technician who did the MRI was very nice and made me comfortable. It also took less time then I thought. Highly recommended.

Everyone - reception, technicians, doc - was really nice and patient. Super professional, but still warm and personal. I waited exactly zero minutes for my appointment. That place runs like clockwork. I had four procedures, including mammo, and pelvic and breast ultrasounds. I was done in just over and hour and a half, AND it was the least painful mammogram I’ve ever had. Seriously excellent all around.
