Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant

Delicious food. Superb wait staff! Friendly, efficient and attentive! My family and I enjoyed ourselves immensely. Food is a quite pricey in my opinion, but as a special occasion restaurant, it's probably worth it. $30 per person for soda, appetizer (fried mozzarella), salad, chicken parmesan, spaghetti & meatballs, bread and a slice of chocolate cake. All served family style (large quantities to be shared). Just enough food for five (when buying the large sizes), but the price was still exorbitant compared to similar meals at other Italian restaurants. Not somewhere to choose if you have limited funds!

My family used to love this place! We had a birthday reservation for a big party so I would have thought management would have taken in consideration to give us decent waitstaff. Once sat the waiter was rude, never came by to refill anyone's drink never once did management come by to ask how we we doing. Our waiter was coughing on top of our food and all of us. It was a very uncomfortable feeling and bad experience. I wish just once management would have come by so we could have requested different staff. They knew it was a kids birthday & never offered to sing to him. I have never given a bad review but this is it. Worst birthday experience and WAITER ever.

Northern Italian themed restaurant. Pizza, pasta, classic entrees, salads, side dishes and appetizers. Tasty garlic bread choices. Decadent desserts. Wine,beer, and liquors available. Except for desserts, food is ordered in small or large servings. Food is presented family style. Small portions serve up to three; large portions serve up to five. Large servings can often be stretched well past five. First-time guests get a quick walk through the kitchen.

Great everything! I'm not crazy about Italian but I love this place. Second time here. Service outstanding both times. Food was amazing. Love the atmosphere. We are definitively returning soon

Very upset with my experience. I made reservations 2 weeks in advance for mother’s day. I have heard great things about this restaurant and was honestly excited to have lunch here. I had a party of 6 plus my 9 month old son. We get there and the wait staff was nice. Not a long wait at all. Finally our table opened up and it was time to sit. We walked to the back and they wanted to sit us on a tiny table literally 2 feet from the kitchen. Not only would there have been no elbow room, but they also had my sons high chair right in the aisle. That is completely dangerous and unacceptable. When asked if we could possibly get a new table not so close the hustle and bustle of the kitchen, the wait staff gets an attitude towards my family and deny us a better seating option. So we were forced to leave.
