Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

We got excellent service from a very attentive server, Cassandra! The food was good but the service was excellent! Cassandra greeted us promptly and delivered the food while it was still hot. She suggested smoothies to my grandchildren. They loved them and they would have gone unnoticed if she hadn't pointed them out to us. All around great experience especially due to the server, Cassandra!

The entree way delicious, the sampler app was very non-impressive. They replaced the friend zucchini with fried zucchini and cheese balls ( they were rather strong in flavor and disgusting compared to the fried zucchini they had before) the fried mozzarella looks like they where shrunken to the size of pizza rolls. It was rather disappointing. I also asked if they still served the Alfredo seafood fetticcni with scallop and the waitress said no we no longer serve scallop. That it was replaced with clams. I don't know if she didn't know that scallop is a clam in the "shell fish" family. When I got my dish, surprise surprise, there was scallop in it. I t was just what I was craving. I loved it. However, their server was clueless, and ignored us when we needed something. All we wanted was a side of ranch dressing for the appitizer. But by the time she came to ask us what we needed the entrees where nearly finished we we're getting full, and when she actually brought the ranch the app. Was cold and even more disgusting than it was when we first received it at the table. The thing was it was not busy in the restaurant. There were employees hanging around and any one of them could have helped us with the ranch, they all looked at us, and just ignored us. So I loved my entree, but my experience there was not one to brag about, not one they should take pride in.

The food is never like the picture and incredibly overpriced . Olive garden has a few items that are decent. The Calamari tastes like it was frozen and flash deep fried. No flavor, rubbery and poor quality. The never ending pasta bowl servings get smaller and smaller as you order them. Olive Garden is the fast food of Italian cuisine. Don't waste your money. You will be very unsatisfied.

Very friendly staff! They always ensure your visit is comfortable and you have what you need. Food always tastes good, like Olive Garden should taste and is of good temperature. I go back to this place frequently!

Great service by our waitress. The food was also hot and fresh. Definitely coming back to this location.
