C & C Towing & Heavy Duty Recovery & Roadside Service

I highly recommend this repair shop if you don’t mind blowing $500 to purchase a used trailer tire and get it installed. I called the shop and asked if they were open before my driver headed over to get a flat tire fixed. The man told me they were open 24hrs just like how their website advertised. After arriving we were told a used tire would cost $250 and $125 for the labor. This deal was too good to be true so I told the man nicely over the phone, “no thank you.” The man then told us we had to pay $90 for him having to open the shop door and $40 for calling an employee to come in to replace our tire. Yet, this shop is supposedly open 24hrs. After refusing to pay this rediculous charge, the man threatened to call DOT on us for having a flat tire. Great way to get business!

I work for another wrecker company out of Greensboro, NC and I had to go there to pick up a Rd tractor that had been towed in. I've been to a lot of wrecker companies in a numerous amount of different states. This one I really enjoyed. I sat down with the owner and just talked like we had known each other for years. Just a down to earth and respectable guy. I'll definitely remember this company in future if we have any customers in there are.

Avoid this “Shop” at all costs, do not bring your business to them.. they’re greedy and will charge you a ridiculous amount for the smallest repairs! They will find anything and everything to make an extra dollar, I DONT recommend these guys to ANYONE!!!

Great service. I only spent about 20 minutes broke down before John had a wrecker to me and got me to his shop for my needed repairs...
