5 star service!!! My boyfriend and I popped our tire coming from Raleigh back home to Durham on 540. We sat for maybe 2 hrs trying to get things worked out with our Roadside assistance until we decided to call tow company's from Google that were near us. Dean's was the most cost efficient in comparison to the others and it didn't take them long at all! I wish I would have gotten the driver's name because he was super amazing. Took our minds off the fact we were stranded (and I had just finished working overnight so I was hungry & tired as well) as he towed us to the tire shop. Long story short... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS!!! & Thank you kind sir for all your help!

I had my truck and trailer stuck in a tight spot and I was stuck. I called Deans, told them my situation and my location. Jordan was there 20 mins later to pull my truck and trailer back up onto gravel and get me out of there. Coming through in an emergency situation with good timing. Great customer service. Highly recommend these guys!

Deans is without a doubt the most ethical, reliable, and professional towing company in the area. We have used them repeatedly throughout the years and they never fail to provide on time professional service and a great rate. We highly, highly recommend using deans the next time you need a heavy truck towed.

We use Dean's for all of our towing needs. They are friendly on the phone and honest. If it is going to take them an hour to get to you, they will tell you.
