Outstanding service! Our car broke down on a busy highway at 4:45 in the morning. Every step of the towing process was easy and pleasant. The woman I spoke to on the phone was helpful and kind. The gentleman that picked us up and towed the car (Shawn? I think?) was wonderful. Friendly, fast, and efficient! Thank you!!

I’m going to be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. My car was towed from my apartment complex this past Saturday (my fault because I forgot to put the parking pass up in my new car). I literally JUST bought the car and now there are huge scrapes underneath the front bumper from them towing my car. They claimed to have used a dolly but even if they did, the front end is still low to the ground. There is only ONE way the scratches could go in the direction that they are in, and that’s from being towed. The way the scratches are angled says it all. I called them to complain and they claim there is no way they could have done it, well of course they are going to claim that.

Had my car towed earlier today and dare I say it was a great experience. Tommy was wonderful! Not only was he professional and very personable but he also listened and answered all my questions and offered great sound advice. He ended up only having to jump my car to get me back on the road, therefore saving me money! I will definitely use Bobby’s Friendly Towing again and will be sure to request Tommy again as he made a crappy situation wonderful in no time flat!

My vehicle was stuck during the most recent snow storm (2018). When I called the dispatcher Shay was very professional and friendly. She assured me that I would be taken care of. The driver that was sent Lee was very patient and most accommodating. He pulled me out in no time. Lee was also very professional and friendly. The staff that I encountered at Bobby's is an example of EXCELLENCE!
