Buck's Wrecker Service

I would recommend Buck's to anyone who asked. Great rate for a local tow. Showed up on time and service was excellent. Took great care to get car home and put it exactly where I requested. Well done.

This by far was the worst experience that I've ever had with a towing service. I've never been spoken to in a condescending manner such as the office worker that spoke to me in. When I raised my voice, because of her tone, I was told to not raise my voice! She argued that I received a call stating that they were in route, but I never received a call. As I stated to her, I'm not saying that you didn't call, I'm saying that we never received a call. She then responded, " Yes you did!". Unbelievable! I will NEVER use that towing service no matter what was wrong with my car while in that area! Instead of assisting stranded drivers, she made a bad situation worse! I'd rather push my car than to give Bucks a dime to tow me!!

They impounded my Corvette when it broke down on the road thanks to High Point Police Department and they did a great job at telling my Corvette not one scratch I will use them again and they even gave me a break on the 17 days it was in storage
