Williams Towing did a great job on a difficult tow today. The driver showed up on time and was very professional. My Benz was all but sitting on the ground after the air ride bags deflated. The wrecker driver had to use dollies to move the car. The car was in a tight space. He methodically worked until he got the car up and loaded. I called two other tow companies before I called Williams Towing and told them what I had they couldn't make the tow. Thanks Williams Towing!

My stolen vehicle was towed here by CMPD. I wanted to see if my belongings were still in the trunk. Two friends went with me, and I was shouted at by the staff to "round up my friends" to stay with me. They were simply looking for my car on a beautiful, warm January day, in a small lot of cars. There was no need for her to get nasty!

I’d leave 0 stars if I could. We came here to get my boyfriends belongings after someone else totaled his car. It reeks of cigarette smoke it will burn your eyes. You can tell they’ve been smoking in there for decades. Very unfriendly and ignore me several times. Have fun dying of lung cancer.

Not very friendly, office dingy and cigarettes odor is overwhelming. I gave 2 stars for the guy outside getting cars is the only friendly one
