Top Notch Towing

I was referred to this company by Diane at Oil Well due to an issue I was having with my car and couldn't have it looked at immediately. Each worker I came into contact with was beyond nice, very great customer service. They looked at my car and was so honest with me, where as any other company would've given me a million things wrong and had me pay to fix it, they didn't! Even after I offered to just let them fix the problem, the mechanic told me to first take it back to the place that was supposed to fix it and see what they will do. Amazing service from everyone! Wish I would've known about them sooner, but I now I do and will do business with them all the time!

On my way to work this Saturday, turns out my car had other plans for me. As she slowed to a crawl, I pulled her over to the side of the road and immediately called AAA. Originally they told me the wait time was 2 hours for a truck to respond, but 2 minutes later I got a call from Dennis at Top Notch Towing. He knew exactly where I was and arrived less than 10 minutes later. Since I'm still navigating the area's current mechanic options, he mentioned that Top Notch has some pretty great online reviews, ranking in the top 10 for the surrounding area. After checking out what people have been saying, I was game to give them a try. Plus, Dennis offered to get me back to my home, going above the norm with a nice gesture that left me feeling safe and that my car would be well taken care of. What service, thank you.

Jeff and his family and team have been a wonderful part of this community for many years. They've also been personal friends for 25yrs and I can honestly say that in personal and business relationships, they're always honest, hardworking, knowledgeable, and will help people out any way possible. I'd give a hundred stars if I could!

called and the person that answered was in the middle of another conversation. He stated that he would have a dispatcher call me back.... 20 minutes later I recieved a call and was told the tow from the corner of Hwy 151 and the Blue Ridge Parkway would be "like $300" and I should call someone closer. I told him I lived in Hendersonville and needed it towed back there but it seemed clear he just wasn't interested. My location was 40 minutes from their shop.

These people go above and beyond your expectations. My experience here was one I’ll never forget. My car broke down while I was picking up family from school. While I was on the side of the road figuring out who to call I saw a tow truck driving near and I waved him down. The driver turned around and came to our aid, hooked up the car, and took me and my family to the shop. They offered me a ride home while our car sat in the shop for the weekend to begin work on it early on Monday. I’m extremely thankful for their great customer service and professionalism.
