A-1 Towing & Recovery

Should have option for no stars. Got no service. My mom was in the side of the road in the rain Aline tonight. These people said that they were on the way but no one showed up. They even ignored her calls after the initial call. Why say you're going to show up and have someone waiting. We finally called another company hours later, which showed up within the hour. Don't use this tow company.

I gave them the exact address I was at and the exact address to be towed to. They calculated the mileage and gave me a ridiculously expensive price, knowing it was after hours and towing for heavy trucks is hard to find. After I agreed to the price and he towed me to my destination, he charged my credit card for more than the rate he quoted! Do not trust them. Shady business practices!!! Wish I could give no stars.

The least expensive out of all of the other tow services I called, very fast and professional. They are well worth the call.

Called for a tow.driver was friendly and very professional.def would use again if I ever need anything else towed.
