Reid's Towing

We found this service online last night. Words do not give true definition of how professional Mr. Reid and his tow guy Mr. Pat was. They saved the day. First they answered after hours on a Saturday evening and I didn't have to speak to a machine for services. Next Mr. Reid was very understanding of the situation. Mr. Pat was timely and proficient. The cost of the service was very reasonable and I know without any doubt we would highly recommend this towing company over any of the others we have ever used. After a long day of calling around, I'm glad God presented them to us(all through a Google search) Keep up the excellent work Mr. Reid and Mr. Pat!!!!!!

Great price...not just good!!! And it's not the usual where service is supplemented or takes a hit cause the cost. Don't know Mr. Reed personally. But from my interaction with him can only say stand up guy...and his driver as well. He quoted me a price, even after getting the quote calling around and calling him back. He treated more than a simple he wanted my business though his actions showed that. He made me feel almost like we were folk, he called twice back to make sure everything was Luv!!! ... The driver obviously knew what he was doing. He pulled my tractor trailer out the mud in boot 10-15 min... Was supposed to leave the review that night cause they deserved it...but I've got around to it.

Thank you for the fantastic job you did on my car. Your technicians are professional, skilled and courteous. I would gladly refer Reid's Towing to anyone who needs automotive service. They replaced the water pump at a reasonable rate then completing the work in a timely fashion. Great job, great rate and good customer service.

Awesome, Awesome! They towed my daughter’s car from Charlotte to Shelby, NC within 2-2 1/2 hours. Mr Reid was so very kind and we were blessed with his quick, professional and very reasonably priced towing service. THANK YOU!

Reid’s towing is absolutely the best. I broke down last night about 11pm, clear across town. Reid’s towing came and towed my vehicle and literally just called me to let me know that my vehicle was ready....wow!!! Not even 12 hours later my vehicle towed, fixed, and ready to be picked up. Thanks to Reid’s towing for you prompt and most importantly PROFESSIONAL services. You’re truly appreciated.
