Worst tow truck company ever!!! "Chris", all over towing dispatch lady didn't want to give me his name when I told her I would write a review, was rude disrespectful and doesn't seem cut out for the job. Having a bad night is no excuse for his attitude. AAA called them to get my car. They called and said it would be between 30 min to an hour and they would call when headed that way. I had to go to the bathroom but left my friend at the car with my AAA card. Chris showed up and said since I wasn't present he wouldn't tow my car unless he was paid $55 ($50 to hook up and $5 to tow it the mile down the road to my house, which I was at using the bathroom). Never mind the reason he got the call was because of AAA and they would pay him. Talked to him on the phone and said I would be back in 5 min to just wait and he would have my id. He didn't want to wait saying if we didn't pay he wasn't towing the car not caring that I have a valid AAA card. He drove off so the police that were there helped me push my car out the middle of an intersection. Yes the middle of an intersection that's how much of a douche Chris was. Called his dispatch she made excuses for him and kept changing her story when I told her that's not what happened the police were present. Then she tried to say AAA said they wouldn't pay and when I called they said no All over said they wouldn't come back out. It took me almost putting her on 3way with AAA for her to admit they weren't coming back so of course AAA wouldn't pay they weren't going to do their job. Had to leave my car overnight. Called AAA the next morning, they called Doss towing and my car was literally hooked up and towed to my house within 30. Next time I'm stuck I'll tell AAA skip over all over and just call Doss.

Had a 79 Corvette I needed transported because of a battery issue. The driver Ben called ahead to let me know when he would be there. When he showed up here assessed the situation and took his time. He knew exactly how best to get it on the flatbed and transport it because of how low it was to the ground. The price they quoted me was exactly what they charged me. Great experience!

Horrible experience. Waited over 3 hours on a tow, and kept telling me that the truck will be here in 20 mins. Never again will I use this towing company

Worst towing company ever! They allow strangers into your vehicle without registration or any identification to steal your belongings. Do not trust this company. I lost over $4000 of belonging due to the general managers’ negligence.

My spouse's car broke down and All Over was sent to us through AAA. The driver was incredibly kind and quick. She assured us she had everything taken care of and that we should go ahead and leave so we could get to work. About 5 years ago this same company responded to my AAA call when I locked my keys in the car one night. They arrived within 15 minutes to help. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone who needs a hand!
