Peter with Savage Towing was very helpful. I called him needing a tow in the Apex area and he was there within the next 20 minutes like he said he would. Great customer service. Had me to my destination with no problems. Would recommend this guy to anyone in the Apex or Cary area.

This is the worst towing company EVER. rude impolite and is horrible with customer service. DO NOT PAY OUT OF POCKET CASH TO THEM..THEY TAKE IT AND RUN WITH IT. The rating of this company is below a 1 it's a -100]]]]]

Car was towed and when I came to pick it up, he asked to see my license and threatened that he would not give it back or give me back my car until my friends that drove me there left his property, therefore leaving me alone with this man. I asked him if I was not able to come get the car that day if I could atleast get my purse that's inside my car with all of my belongings inside including prescribed medication, and he said prescribed medication was not a good enough reason to get my purse out of my car. I do not recommend doing business with this towing company. He has incompetent, rude, and nasty behavior. Horrible experience.

It was the first tow company to actually answer my call and was at my car in less than 20 minutes. Excellent handling in neutral since my car was having problems starting! Would definitely call again!
