Anytime Towing & Recovery

He helped my daughter last night, on a holiday. He is a kind gentleman. I would recommend him to any body that would need assistance. Also, he was extremely responsive and arrived quickly to help. Thanks Mark!

The gentleman who towed my car was doing his job as I understand, however, he was very genuinely rude toward me throughout the whole deal. When I tried to pay him on the spot he initially wouldn't let me get my wallet or phone out of the car. I tried to explain myself, but he wouldn't give me the time of day and he was threatening to leave the lot without letting me get my phone or wallet, effectively leaving me stranded. It took entirely too much convincing to have him help me. I understand it's a negative job, but displaying a negative attitude as he did only convinced me to eventually reciprocate that attitude back.

Just called this business for a jump start and was told it would be $60 for them to drive 3 blocks then was told it would be a 5% upcharge for using a card to pay. The guy that I spoke with was extremely rude and told me if I didn’t like the way he handled the call maybe I should call somebody else...which I GLADLY did. Customer service sucks! DO NOT CALL THIS PLACE! *only reason they get 1 star is because 0 isn’t an option on here*
