Anderson & Sons Automotive & Towing

These guys are AWESOME! they have always done quality work on my vehicles at a very fair price. I have never had to bring anything back because the problem was fixed right the first time, and I really appreciate the job they do.

Being from out of town and a young woman I tend to be skeptical of handling things such as car problems on my own. I had nothing but a positive experience. They towed me immediately and gave me a diagnostic but due to it being a Friday they weren't able to start my car until the next week. They communicated with me even while I was in a different state and had me back on the road as soon possible. They also gave me a huge break on an unexpected problem with my car. They have built my trust and my loyal business!

was at a car wash and battery died. Called and they came out and gave me a jump. The young man would not take any money and said Merry Christmas. You don't see that kindness anymore.

i always park at five points plaza (have been for the past 3 years) and i always check to make sure that they aren't having events where i would get my car towed. of course the one day i don't check they hold an event and my car was taken to Anderson towing.. no big deal, i messed up. now this is where the story gets interesting.. i get to the lot, realized what had happened, went to the parking monitor and he gave me a release form, told me where my car would be located and i walked. when i got there, my car (only a couple years old) was INCHES away from a completely totaled vehicle, while two other wrecked vehicles flanked it (saw a scratch that i hadn't noticed before as well). since the gate was wide open and i signed a release form, i thought i was good to go. i pulled out of the lot, and took off and went home (also should note i have never had a speeding ticket, let alone been towed). a half hour later, i get a call from Greenville PD saying i would have a felony charge if i didn't pay a $105 towing fee LOL. so i made my way back and the one clown on the computer wouldn't even look at me (possibly left the gate open?) and the other was very stern (possibly mad at the guy who left the gate open). the police present had a good laugh and i get a lesson learned.. i get that i messed up, but these guys suck LOL almost worth the $105 seeing how upset they were.. talk about frivolous

If you need your car fixed within the span of 2 WEEKS never bring your car here. My car sat at their shop for two days last week. They said they'd call with an estimate... Never did. When we called to find out the estimate, they didn't even have one ready because they hadn't even touched the car yet! They told us to bring it back this week. We call before bringing it this morning and we are told that there's "too much going on" for them to look at my car. They need to learn to prioritize their customers or they need to hire extra help! Never taking my car here again.
