Called the company at 830 on a Saturday night and they dispatched right out to get us. Louis came out and hooked up the car and took us the 20 miles to get home. The cost was not nearly what I was expecting being we were so far from our home and that was honestly the best part of an otherwise crummy situation. Thank you for your great customer service and affordable pricing.

"Our staff is well trained, and we take pride in being courteous and respectful to our customers." Driver pulls up and the first thing he says "Jimmy is pissed" not how are you are you ok after telling "Jimmy" that my husband was in an accident. The driver continues to argue that we didn't verify we were needing a tow "in a ditch". After details were explained at he time of call in, then calls my husband a liar. Very unprofessional And I don't think they live up to their quote!!!

Technical Experience: 5/5 Responded to call very quickly. Changed tire in timely manner. Didn't mind the curt attitude as it was early in the morning and cold. Customer Service: 2/5 After having the tire repaired, the sarcastic attitude and rude behavior of who appeared to be in charge put me off to ever using this company for my own vehicles. Though the mechanic staff was very friendly and efficient. Bottom line: Go to this place to get the job done. But don't expect a friendly interaction for the most part.
