THANK GOD FOR THIS TOWING COMPANY. Micheal wetherington was one of the best. After my horrible experience yesterday with Big Mack towing I was down in the dump. But East coast towing arrived this morning promptly on time before the ETA. Clean, professional, and was so knowledgeable on what to do. Thanks

I needed a tire change and East Coast Towing sent Matthew Bailey to help. He arrived in no time, was really nice, and got the job done quickly. I am really satisfied with their service.

East Coast Towing did a fantastic job getting my 2017 BMW M4 out of a ditch in Clayton last night! The car was wedged on top of a wood beam, could not get any traction with either wheel, and because the car was so low to the ground and has added aerodynamic components he could not get the actual tow bar under the vehicle. He was very meticulous in examining options and came up with a combination of techniques that allowed him to winch it up a bit, then used wood pieces to enable us to drive it a few inches at a time until it was finally on stable ground. Throughout the process, he kept checking the car to make sure nothing was getting damaged. In the end, he got the car out of the ditch with no damage whatsoever. I can’t recommend East Coast Towing highly enough. Thank you!

I called on East Coast Towing in the middle of the night to come and change a tire for me on one of my limousines in downtown Raleigh. The driver that came out was a very heavy set man that was extremely lazy!! His jack would not work, and he was looking for every excuse possible not to do the job. Finally he just said I cannot do the job because my equipment will not work. I don't know if it was his equipment or his laziness. He was very rude to our driver. I contacted Barbour's Towing who showed up in about 15 mins and had no issues changing my tire. I would recommend calling them if you need a tire changed in Raleigh.
