My experience with these guys is 5 star. My car lost a tire on the highway . I called them on Sunday afternoon and they came right out. Towed my car back to the shop and performed the repairs the very next day and the price was more than fair. Very respectful and kind when dealing with them over the phone and in person. They even went back 2x to where we feel I lost my tire on the highway lookimg for it so I wouldn't have to buy a new rim and tire They did this without me asking them. I have had experience in the past with mechanics trying to take advantage of the price for repairs but these guys did everything they could to save me money. I will use them over anyone In this area....

I would give zero stars if possible. The guy who towed my car after my accident stole my radiator. Have pictures from before and after. When I asked him about it he said “it must have fallen off” when you can CLEARLY see it was cut. Not only that they charged me over $300 for half a day or holding and for the tow which was only 7 miles and in the Greensboro city limit but they told me is wasn’t when I live ten minutes away from downtown.

Spotlight was very professional when I called for a quote to have my car towed from my home in Greensboro to my mechanic in High Point. Their rates are very reasonable compared to others. Mark came to my home and made me feel very comfortable that he would take good care of my car. As promised, it arrived safe and sound! I highly recommend this company if you need a tow!

I Used spotlight towing to move an outdoor shed for me - Spotlight towing showed up, (the driver named Gary) , knew exactly what he was doing and got it done! Understandably, moving storage buildings isn't the ideal business model for a towing company. However, after seeing it done, I imagine it's not the Truck, but likely the driver which affords towing companies to move storage sheds?.. In truth, I called 5 towing companies which advertised "Flatbed" trucks as part of their fleet. Spotlight was the only one of the 5 that said yes. The building wasn't "setup" for me, as I'll be leveling it myself. But getting the building from the store to my yard was well worth the hourly rate that Spotlight charged. From the receptionist whom scheduled the job, to Gary's delivery of the building - 5 of 5 stars from me!.. Hopefully, I'll never need a tow, but if I do, I know who to call.

They showed up quickly and Gary was friendly and professional. Made a stressful situation tolerable.
