Carolina Towing & Transport

Told me they would be there in 30 minutes. They showed up an hour and a half later. Driver just mumbled a lot could barely understand him. Dragged my car up onto the tow truck from the rear which caused the front end to scrape on the ground while putting it on the truck and taking it off of the truck. I didn't think about it until it was too late he should've pulled the car up onto the truck from the front end. there tow truck is 1 million years old as well I would give them zero stars if possible. You can find a better towing service.

Angela was very pleasant on the phone. We both laughed about my faulty work. Reason needing tow. Car was towed same day. I was not charged an extreme amount for the tow. Carolina does mostly big trucks, but does have a smaller truck for cars and SUV'S. Patrick the driver handled the car very easy. Didn't just jerk it on. Took his time to make sure nothing got broken or damaged. I will definately call them again.

I called around and the other tow company's said the wait was 2 hours. Carolina towing was there in 45 minutes. The receptionist and driver was friendly. I will be using them again.

We've used this company multiple times for heavy and light tows. Not a single issue to report. Always there on time and prices are beyond fair! Ryan is one of the hardest working guys out there!

This towing company can tow anything and they are on the ball! Great folks.
