I was stranded near Cherokee, NC, in my 30' RV, but I could not have asked for a better tow truck driver than Zack. I truly believe he's an angel. From him finding my location, to getting me safely to Franklin on that mountainous road, he was just great. I felt safe and well taken care of. He went above and beyond, not only professionally doing his job, but he was just a caring good hearted human being. Not many of those left out there and I am forever grateful.

I can't say enough about these guys. I foolishly ran down my battery while watching the solar eclipse. Tried to jump start the car, but no luck. I had no cell service, so I got a ride into town. I picked Ridgecrest because they're open 24 hours. Jeremy at the office was courteous, knowledgeable, and reassuring. Brad the tow truck driver brought me back to my car (braving the post-eclipse traffic) and was able to jump start my car. I was an out of towner desperate to get back on the road fast. They could have easily overcharged me, but quite the opposite. These guys are reasonably priced, prompt, friendly, and honest. Highly recommended.

Good Sam Roadside put me in touch with Ridgecrest. Was hesitant at first about being towed to Ridgecrest Shop instead of Freightliner. Things worked out great, the crew at Ridgecrest got the problem diagnosed as a bad diesel oil cooler correctly and replaced it quickly. It did take my services as courier for the parts but I was on the road in a little more than 24 hours. Thanks to Jeff, Michael, Chris, Brad, Jeremy and of course...let's not forget Joe for making sure everything could happen.
