The internet goes out at least once a week due to “ Upgrading service in the area” I have yet to see any upgrades, but have noticed a $10 increase in my bill every month! We use all streaming so it gets very irritating especially with no notice. It still sucks, but it’s better then AT&T was around here. Basically you don’t have much of an option. If I did, it wouldn’t be Cable one!!!

Two day early ,mega cool faet ant very friendly.i would say painless.but on the thing we were given a five G modem ,and first bill is as stupid low.thanks cable one

They fixed my issue. Had to talk to some one a few times but we got it handled.

Customer service is terrible. I paid my bill after a cutoff and they tried to charge me a service fee for the amount of the bill I paid. If you can find an internet provider as fast as cable one that is not cable one I recommend it.
