Camp Bow Wow

Bella just spent 9 days at Camp Bow Wow and I was at ease knowing I could watch her on camper cam. The staff was friendly and patient with me as I have never been seperated from her before. I plan to take her to daycare once every 2 weeks just to keep up the interaction with the staff and other dogs. I am very pleased and will board my English Mastiff here again. Thank you for the great care Bella received while she was with you.

I was in for an interview and discovered that my dogs were missing one of the required vaccinations. This was not their fault but was missed at the vet! I was very upset at the vet and was trying to leave without "venting" at an innocent party! When I tried to tell the person at the desk that it was not his fault, he became very condescending telling me it was my fault and I should have read the "fine" print! I told him to shut up and left! I am apparently not their type of person since they told me I was no longer welcome at their location! I returned to discuss the situation and met a cold dispassionate Supervisor! NO customer service skills and certainly an indication of how the employees were MIS-TRAINED! Moving on to Franchise owner!

Our vizsla absolutely loves going to camp! He’s so full of energy an hour or two at the dog park hardly tires him, but when he comes back from a day at doggy daycare he’s exhausted for the next two days. The other dogs there have been great, and we love that we can watch the dogs play on the webcams. Plus, the staff is so helpful with updates; they truly care about the dogs. We’ve only had him stay overnight for 1 weekend, but I love that the dogs still get to play at camp with the day campers when they stay overnight. Definitely beats other boarders that only walk the dog once or twice. Beside being clean, the prices are pretty good when we compared a few of the other local options. Plus their packages have pretty good discounts built into them if you buy in advance, and the Camp has good hours for people that have work early and late.

Our pup loves this place! She's full of energy and attending day camp is a great outlet for her during the day! We can also check up on her anytime using the camper cams--it's fun to see her zipping around! We were also treated to a cute picture of her when she was there for a holiday day camp! So fun! The staff is friendly, and has really helped us warm up to camp in a positive way! We highly recommend Camp Bow Wow for overnight stays as well as day camp!

They are the best! They CARE about all the dogs. Director Mackenzie is awesome. Years ago she was so kind when our dog had a bladder stone and needed emergency surgery while we were on vacation. She went out of her way to care for our dog. Our sophie mae loves running with the pack there. (Or just lounging!)
