Tried working with a Forrest River dealer up in Rochester where I live and they were horrible. I really recommend the guys (especially Ryan) at Campsite RV. They have been one of the best experiences I have ever dealt with in a purchase of this magnitude. Great guys and really out to help the customer.

Great customer service! Friendly employees with great product knowledge, the merchandise is arranged with "eye catching" displays. Very clean & tidy environment, from the sales area, service dept & customer parking lot. Good hot coffee & comfortable seating in the customer lounge area!

The staff is extremely helpful and answered every question we had as new camper owners. They did not push us in to buying anything we didn't need and encouraged us to go out a few times before deciding what add ons we need. They also went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we do need and that we knew how to run everything before we left.

Just bought my first camper from them a couple weeks ago. Everyone is very friendly, and will try to help you in any way they can. I bought a used unit, but it was cleaned and presented very well. It's a very well run company.
