Countryside RV & Trailer Sales

I stopped in the other day to pick up a filter for my dad's RV that he'd ordered and paid for. I've driven past the big sign on Hwy S52 about a million times throughout my life but had never hit the gravel that way before surprisingly. You can't miss this place first of all but it's also just less then about a quarter mile down on the gravel and is just a really beautiful piece of land there, very nice home once you pull in and all however it starts to get confusing and I ended up trying to walk into their personal shop that was just back behind the house there as I hadn't seen any signs stating where to go. Luckily, one of their hired hands had pulled up and was kind enough to point me in the right direction which was the opposite way from which I was heading and was surprisingly hiding a much larger area then it looks! After you pass a couple rows of RVs on each side of you, you'll see that everything starts to open up and you then come to a very large (and very beautiful) shop connected to a couple smaller offices which look smaller then it really is and once you go inside it's like a store room with all kinds of stuff for purchase and it absolutely blew my mind it was just so gorgeous and had that cabin in the woods, down home comfort feel to it which makes sense as you're at an RV center! Anyways, the staff was very fast and friendly and knew instantly what I was talking about before I even had to give a name, and I bet it took maybe 2 minutes tops and I had my part in hand and was on my way back out the door already, in fact, it took longer trying to figure out where to go once pulling in on down the driveway and probably even longer walking from where I'd parked my car to inside the store then the entire trip itself combined. Anyhow, was a neat experience with that secluded Bass Pro Shop feel to it and these people are on it now, very fast and friendly and decently priced even when ordering online and I didn't have to go far from home, less then 12 miles from Baxter I do believe so I cannot complain at all period, was a great time... Brought home our new keystone cougar today. LOVE IT !!!!!!!!!!!! had the best experience ever . Our saleslady Danielle was very patient and took time to listen to what we was wanting and our interest in fifth wheels. She answered all our questions and if we had any concerns she was able to inform us. She was very polite and courteous and made us feel like we were family . The guy that did the walk thru with was Corey he was very informative and made sure we understood the new features on our new cougar . Pam did our finance paperwork showed us where every dollar was going. No hidden fees absolutely true to their word . Would and will HIGHLY recommend this company of compassionate people . Thank you . A very impressive RV inventory & parts department! They have most everything. Salesman Bob, the parts dept., Danielle doing the financial part of things, and the shop technicians were all first class with the trade in & the purchase of our new toy hauler. Really the nicest people to deal with when comparing my last 3 RV purchases elsewhere. I must say we were cared for by all departments from start to finish with Zero pressure. We were impressed. My wife and I bought a 2007 Coachman Chapperal from this business and upon inspection of the RV found a soft spot in the floor and was assured there was nothing wrong. Later when more problems developed with the floor and a rotten wood smell began to occur we took it to a business for an inspection and found there was a long standing leak. Bottom line is it cost around $4700 to replace the floor! I called this business 4 times and talked to his daughter, wife and 2 other people leaving messages to call me to discuss this problem and no one including the owner Who sold this unit answered my calls! Sadly this was the 3rd RV we purchased from this business and each was sold to us by Mike himself! I will not recommend this business to anyone at all! Friendly people and polite conversation should not be the criteria to depend on for a good deal! No trust with these people!
