Had a great buying experience. Our sales person Barry was very helpful and low pressure. He also listened to what we were wanting and was able to answer our questions before we purchased our camper.

The furnace in our RV failed on one of the coldest nights (of course). Yes, we are camping in sub freezing weather! A call to Ketelsen and they had a tech on sight in less than 2 hours. He got to the problem in a hurry, had the parys we needed and had us up an running in quick time. An awesome experience all around. Oh, maintenance plan we signed up for when we bought the unit paid for most of the repair cost. Thanks John, Ed and the team at Ketelsen RV.

Horribly overpriced for the common cash paying customer. Made the 45 min drive because the gentleman said they had several "As Is or Mechanics specials" real cheap....ummm NOPE!, they were asking high side retail value for old units that weren't even checked out to see what does or doesn't work!, that's crazy! The staff was very friendly and helpful unfortunately that doesn't offset greed. If you have deep pockets or want to be dragged down by unwanted loan payments give them a shot, otherwise try the smaller hometown dealer's that are more down to earth and not driven by self inflicted overhead, we did and are very pleased ☺
