Autorama RV Center

Purchased a camper through them. The salesman was friendly and helpful. I would not recommend this place because of the finance lady. She was difficult, distracted easily and kept asking me (the customer) if she was doing the loan papers correctly. Family member of mine also had the exact same experience as me. I would not recommend this place till they evaluate some of their employees.

Ed Garner screamed "Don't ever step foot on my "F**KING LOT AGAIN" and hung up the phone. Ed had promised to refund a $500 deposit because of the mice/rats nest and feces we found under the bedding of the RV rental when we took one home for our family vacation. The charge had not been reversed within a couple weeks, so I made a follow up phone call. I was dumbfounded at level of reckless and destructive customer service Ed Garner himself displayed. Most memorable customer service I have ever experienced. :)

Dinnis the Menace is a great guy and didn't even think of him as a salesman. The shop guys are cool too. We got a great deal on a very nice travel trailer!

I loved the personal attention that I received from Autorama. My sales person was Darla (also known as Sparky). She was wonderful. My husband and I were not knowledgeable about the inner workings of our new camper. Sparky always answered her phone (even on her day off) and gave me the answers I needed. Bill brought the travel trailer to our website and got it all set up. Bill was excellent as well as he had patience in working with us as "newbies"!!! I highly recommend working with Sparky and Bill. What a refreshing experience! We love our camper!

we had warranty work that needed to be done. We live in our 5th wheel. Dennis the service manager had four service men waiting for us when we got there at 10:00 . All issues were fixed by 3;00. VERY GOOD SERVICE.
