David Balch was incredibly easy to work with. He showed us trailers and talked us through them even though we weren't planning to buy. This was in stark contrast to a couple of different dealerships we visited in Des Moines. However, we found one we really liked so we asked for a quote with our trade. The quote included everything in full (tax, title, license, towing equipment, etc.) which was really nice. We gave them an offer and they countered at a reasonable price so we accepted. Jen made going through the paperwork very simple. We were unable to pick it up for a few weeks and they worked with us on that as well. The day of delivery was great. Jeff took us through the camper and answered all of our questions. He was incredibly thorough. While he did that, other staff fitted the camper to our vehicle, installed the trailer break, set up the towing with sway control, and had us ready to go within a few minutes after the walk-through was over. We were very impressed with how easy things were with the staff out there. Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. They are worth the 20 minute drive out of the metro.

Had some problems with the landing gear and motors on a 5th wheel toy hauler we purchased in Oklahoma in March, 2017. Took it to Ketelsen RV and they were very helpful. They got the rig off our truck and promptly diagnosed the problem along with other issues we were having. Wrote up a quote for all the repairs and have done great work. We will definitely be back! When it comes time to purchase a new camper, we will definitely work with them. Tim and everyone else that we have talked to have been fantastic! Thanks so much for all you have done for us!

When you buy from Ketelsen RV you have the best of the best for sure even there salesman like Scott Mikkelsen and all there employee's are great to and very helpful to.

Took 5th wheel in to have wheel bearing repack and was totally pleased with there service. When we stopped back to pick up the trailer met Scott a salesman there and looked at several trailers. He and the rest of the staff were all great and look forward to a return visit.
