Wonderful place to do business! The staff was amazing at helping us (Tish) and when we picked up our camper, they went thru it all with us. Smelt wonderful inside and was so nicely clean and ready for us! We went camping that night. We will be back again.

I know nothing about campers and stopped in to ask about sway bars for the camper we were using for the first time. I didn't catch his name, but the red haired gentleman in the service department went above and beyond to help explain what I needed and how to install them. Perfect example of great customer service!! I really appreciate his help!

WAY OVERPRICED AND THEY LIE! I found out the previous owners name of the used rv bowling had for sale and they told me the true trade in price bowling gave them...$3000 less than what bowling said they gave and I also found out they lied about "running it through" the shop for inspection or repairs. Everything the previous owners said was wrong with the rv at the time of trade in still hadn't been fixed!. Bowling refused to show me a sevice inspection sheet or the paper work to prove they inspected it and what the trade in price was. I drove 1hr 20min to be lied to ! Nice job bowling rv 😤👎

We bought a 2009 cougar 5th wheel. Mike F was great when we were looking.We found one we liked but had a couple issues. Mike told us they would take care of them. If you pay $290. So of course we said yes. We went to pick it up,because we were told it was ready. Drove 2.5 hours,and nothing had been done. So finally after quite some time, Mike F showed up and said he forgot to tell them what needed done. So we left,they were to call when done. Took another week and a half. They did deliver it. We opened the new awning and it was the ugliest green I have ever seen. So We called Randy. He made a remark about us demanding all this. We did not demand anything until after we were told it would be done and wasn't. Finally got it all taken care of. NOW we have no license plate because some how it was lost when sent to our county treasurer. Of course our treasurer is being blamed for losing it. So still waiting for plate.

Only looked in one used rv. It needed cleaned. Sink, shower, air conditioning filter all filthy. Does not say much for a business when they don't clean their inventory.
